Successful completion of
this Unit will enable the participant to plan, deliver and
review training in accordance with the standards set by the
National
Assessors and Workplace
Trainers Body (NAWTB), Australia.
The
course is designed for HR and training personnel, including
those who conduct on- or off-the-job training of personnel
in the workplace (but not as a major part of their job), on
a one-to-one basis and/or to small groups. Participants will
learn important training techniques, equipping them for
their role as workplace trainers. Successful completion of
this course will enable them to impart information
effectively in a work environment, to facilitate the
acquisition and retention of new skills.
AIM
To
enable people involved in training to acquire the knowledge,
skills and attitudes necessary to plan, deliver and review
training in the workplace on a one-to-one basis or to small
groups, for the purposes of developing employees’ competence
to the required level.
