Around thirty staff members of the Public Works Department (JKR) at the Ministry of Development recently participated in a two-day course on "Internal Quality Audit".

 The course, which was facilitated by Mr Bill Teoh, covered important elements in ISO as well as ways to perform Internal Quality Audits within JKR. Upon completion of the course, participants also received certificates enabling them to conduct Internal Quality Audits for JKR. The course concluded with Pg Anak Hjh Norhasimah presenting the course certificates to all participants.
