Some 21 Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Frontliners attended a one-day Image Building and Personal Grooming Course with Beauty Workshop recently, in line with providing the best customer service to all its clients. The workshop was organised in collaboration with CLARA International, an international beauty centre expert since 1977. This is the first phase of such a workshop to be conducted for the bank.

Among the areas covered during the morning part of the workshop were ‘The Importance of Appearance of Frontliners in Corporate Organisations’, ‘The Do’s and Don’ts of Dressing Right’ and ‘Personal Hygiene and Stress’. Attended by both male and female staff, the morning session was facilitated by Awg Farris Hj Abdul Rahman. Meanwhile, the afternoon session covered topics on skincare, general health and beauty, hair, as well as make-up for female staff only, which was facilitated by three certified beauticians from CLARA International.

At the end of the workshop, a certificate of attendance presentation was held for all the participants of the workshop.
