Participants Complete Islamic Finance Course

Several individuals from various ministries and the private sector recently completed their Islamic Financial Planning Certificate (IFPC) course. The IFPC course was held to provide financial planners with knowledge on both conventional and Islamic aspects to financial planning, which included examinations as well as group presentations.

The various topics learnt during the course included Source and Syariah Methodology in Islamic Banking and Finance, Fiqh Muamalat Fundamentals, Fiqh Muamalat Applications, Time and Value of Money and Return of Islamic Financial Instruments, Islamic Estate Planning (Takaful, Faraid), Zakat Planning and other Islamic Financial Planning Construction.

The course provided participants with essential knowledge on Islamic Financial Planning that will enhance their skills and help them give a better service to their clients in the Islamic banking and finance industry.
