A group of 34 nurses from the Nursing Services recently attended an overview course on Holistic Management.

The course, organised by fmBRUNEI Consultancy Services was facilitated by Awg Farris Haji Abdul Rahman. Important topics that were covered in the Holistic Management Overview Course included Qalbu Management (Management in Islam) and Conventional Management, Islamic Team Building, Image Building & Personal Grooming and Effective Customer Services.

"Although most nurses are in the category of 'front-liners', it is also important that they know and understand management responsibilities in order for them to contribute effectively towards their department and work together in achieving its overall vision" said the facilitator.
