Around
thirty five participants from the Ministry of Industry and
Primary Resources (MIPR) recently completed their Customer
Service training programme which was held at MIPR training
centre. The course was facilitated by management consultant
Awg Farris Hj Abdul Rahman.
The
importance of customer service in every organisation,
communication skills, the needs & wants of customers,
effective listening, image building, personal grooming, and
telephone skills were the core topics covered in the
training.
At the end of the course, all participants
received their certificate of attendance.
