TAIB Group completes course on cross-selling techniques

A group of 15 participants from Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei Bhd and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd recently completed a three-day course in Effective Sales and Marketing Skills Course with Cross-Selling Techniques.

The course, which was organised by fmBRUNEI Consultancy Services has been customised and designed especially for TAIB group staff. The course was held at The Empire Hotel and Country Club. Among the core topics covered during the course included the Importance of Sale, Quality Attributes of a Professional Sales Person, Understanding Customers' Behaviour, Making the Professional Sales Call and Cross-Selling.

According to the course facilitator Puan Norhana, the course was held to make participants understand and learn the important skills and techniques of cross-selling and how it will benefit both the staff and their organisation.
